4 pm - 5 pm             - ​Parkour Level 3​
5 pm - 6 pm             - Parkour Level 2
6 pm - 7 pm             - Parkour Level 1


Thursday

​​​​Class Descriptions​​

​​Parkour Level 1- The basic fundamentals of Parkour. Safe landings, rolls, balancing, jumps, vaults, tacs and climbing. This will help you build coordination and control over your movement.

Parkour Level 2  - Tie together the basic movements in combinations ​and courses. Learn more complex techniques to help you move through your environment.

Parkour Level 3​  - Jump higher, run faster and overall become more efficient and controlled with your movement while learning more advanced techniques.

Parkour Level 4 - ​Challenge your mind and your body to discover what you are capable of accomplishing. There are no limits! 

FreeRunning ***- Be creative and learn to dance, flow, spin and flip your body through its environment. Make your own style and ultimately enjoy your movement.

Open Gym ***  - This is your time to come and train on whatever you want, however you want. Instructors will also be there training and are at your disposal to help you work on anything you need. Just remember to be safe and respectful of others that are training around you.
