​​​​Class Descriptions​​

​​Parkour Level 1 (All Ages) - The basic fundamentals of Parkour. Safe landings, rolls, balancing, jumps, vaults, tacs and climbing. This will help you build coordination and control over your movement.

Parkour Level 2 (All Ages) - Tie together the basic movements in combinations ​and courses. Learn more complex techniques to help you move through your environment.

Parkour Level 3​ (All Ages) - Jump higher, run faster and overall become more efficient and controlled with your movement while learning more advanced techniques.

Parkour Level 4 (All Ages) - ​Challenge your mind and your body to discover what you are capable of accomplishing. There are no limits! 

Adult Parkour Level 1 & 2​​ (Ages 18+) - Learn the basic fundamentals of Parkour taught in a more useful way for adults. Learn to keep yourself safe from falls and control your bodies movement through its environment. This is a great way to increase your overall physical fitness as well.

​​​Ninja Warrior Training (Ages 13+) - This is an obstacle course training class for those serious in training for "Ninja Warrior" and / or "Spartan Races". Learn to overcome the same obstacles that you will encounter in these competitions. We have several obstacles that are featured in "Ninja Warrior" and will be adding in more.

Strength & Conditioning (Ages 13+) -​​​​ Using basic Parkour movement and other body weight exercises. This class is meant to help you build strength, stamina and flexibility to further improve your Parkour ability and overall physical fitness.

Home School Group (All Ages) -​​ If you home school your child then this is a good time to learn the basic funamentals of Parkour while socializing with other home schooled kids.

FreeRunning *** (All Ages) - Be creative and learn to dance, flow, spin and flip your body through its environment. Make your own style and ultimately enjoy your movement.

Open Gym *** (All Ages)​ - This is your time to come and train on whatever you want, however you want. Instructors will also be there training and are at your disposal to help you work on anything you need. Just remember to be safe and respectful of others that are training around you.
